Products and materials can be tested for ignitability, heat release rate, smoke production, toxic gas production and flame spread, along with many other fire related parameters, in accordance with these standards. Virtually all products used throughout various industries need to be classified using an instrument that conforms with one of these standards.
Our team have been involved in fire testing standardisation, instrumentation, research and testing for more than 25 years, representing the UK at BS, ISO, IEC, CEN, CENELEC and ASTM. Consequently we have a strong presence both nationally and internationally and are well versed with, and can advise on, national and international standards, codes and regulations.
